I have been a Civil Celebrant for almost 2 decades and in that time I have performed hundreds of ceremonies all over Australia, including a P&O Cruise Ship and even a ceremony in Thailand. It’s amazing how every couple choose something different and make their ceremony unique in a way that really reflects who they are as people. I love all aspects of working with couples to work out the precise details so that their ceremony is exactly how they always imagined it would be.

 

I am an experienced celebrant with extensive knowledge of rituals and symbolism in ceremony and I have performed them in more venues than I could mention, from beach ceremonies, to wineries, back gardens and heritage venues. I am also one of the few South Australian Celebrants contracted by the Gordon TAFE Victoria to provide yearly Ongoing Professional Development to other Celebrants across the country.

 

For the couple, along with the initial joy and excitement of being engaged also comes the overwhelming feeling of having a thousand and one things to organise. This is where proper planning and a reliable celebrant can take a load off your shoulders and help you to create something really special for your ceremony. From beginning to end, music to mood, readings and poetry, together we can create any atmosphere for your special day.

 

A wedding can be one of the most exciting and positive experiences of your life. Strangely though, many couples put all of their energy, planning and budget into the reception rather than the actual ceremony. My role in this special event is to make sure your ceremony is perfect in every way, without you having the stress or headache. Leaving you with plenty of time to organise the party!

If you’re planning to have a commitment ceremony or renewal only, then there is no legal documentation to be completed. We can get straight to work planning all of the elements of your ceremony, with wording, vow, readings and rituals etc.
